1. Acceptance of Terms

We do not inspect, verify, or warrant the truthfulness, accuracy, or quality of any service provider or listing. You agree that we are not responsible for the conduct of any service provider or user, and you assume all risk arising from your use of the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site and our services. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suburban Lynk Pty. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the Australian courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
